Servant's Heart General Contracting

Our Vision and Mission

A heartfelt mission from its inception, we started Servant's Heart with the intent of providing services for senior citizens.  With older parents, we were seeing a trend of contractors taking advantage of seniors and wanted to help.  This led to relationships with Sourcepoint of Delaware County and Lifecare Alliance. We continued to develop relationships with homeowners and have enjoyed repeat business from custormers that have become friends.  With prayer and patience, the company has grown from a one man show performing maintenance tasks to a general contractor working with other professionals to construct larger renovation projects.  Our success can only be accredited to God and we are grateful everyday for his blessings and mercy.

Scott and Jennifer Stachler founded Servant's Heart Genera Contracting in 2017.  Scott is a third-generation carpenter that started working with his father when he was 13 years old.  He learned the art of quality construction while working with his dad at Myron Stachler Construction.  Running a business in rural northwest Ohio, Myron's team had to perform almost all aspects of residential and commercial construction.  Scott learned the art of framing, foundations, plumbing and electrical work.  When he relocated to Columbus, he learned how to install custom shower doors while working for Eastway Supplies.  Scott prides himself on excellent customer service and creating quality projects for his customers.  He loves getting to know his customers and truly loves what he does.

Jennifer is a professional engineer with a background in municipal and consulting engineering.  She has spent her career developing her knowledge of infrastructure and stormwater management.  In her position as a municipal engineer, she has developed her construction management skills and has supervised contractors and inspectors.  She is adept in maneuvering the permitting process and has helped developers and project owners get their projects across the finish line.

Scott and Jennifer live in Orient, OH with their two daughters Savanah and Gretchen and Jennifer's Mom, Carol.  They enjoy camping and travelling and spending time with their german shepard, Leo and Saint Bernard, Rosie.
